This could have been a nice gym, and probably is in a parallel universe where the place is clean and equipment maintained. In this parallel universe, this would be worthy of your 400kr. The best that has happened with the transition to arca is that they painted a dirty wall in pink. Now the wall is dirty and pink. If you want to do crossfit/functional fitness/ weightlifting... just look at any other decent gym in town that's not part of arca. The extra km are worth it.

I only tried once for an hour and gave up. I explained that I can not continue and they charge me 453 kr. I do not recommend this company because it's a thief company! I am very upset on that!
The trainers are very nice and friendly, thats the only reason why I didnt give 1 star. The facilities are very poor and quite dirty; the showers are unusable (unless you want to shower in somebody's elses street shoe dirt), the customer service is a nightmare (there is no number you can call; if you forget your card you will pay a fee of 50kr). All in all not recommended
I've attended around 300 classes here and absolutely love it. But be aware of the fact that it requires a membership and is very expensive.
